Terms of Service

2. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed only after our written confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Fees for consultations, tattoo and permanent makeup services are quoted in UAH and are payable before the session. The deposit is applied to the final price.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. We may reschedule for health or safety reasons and will offer a new date or a full refund of the deposit.

4. Age and health eligibility

Tattoo and permanent makeup services are provided only to clients aged 18 or older. You must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or medication. We may refuse or stop a service where it is unsafe.

5. Client responsibilities

You must follow pre- and aftercare instructions. Results depend on skin type, healing and aftercare; no guaranteed outcome is offered. Keep your contact details accurate.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses or for consequences of failing to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiyu») and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv»). Send complaints to contact@fynxoriax.com; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
